So today I am gonna review the product line of one of my
favorite brand Maybelline.
This brand very cleverly maps itself, which caters to both the girls and the ladies! And it is an affordable brand, apart from being available very easily all over India.

I personally like a lot of products from Maybelline, however
I would be reviewing the cream based eye shadows today – Maybelline Color
Tattoo eye shadows which have been around for quite some time now. The colors
are vibrant, beautiful yet made for everyone and every occasion.
I am personally not a fan of cream based eye shadows, but I
quite like these as they easily glide on the lids and are easy to blend with
other colors too. They come in small pots and the best part is that they are
long lasting and if applied properly it does not crease either. However, I
would not suggest these to the girls who have oily skin.
In India, these shadows are available in 8 shades. In other
countries the color tattoo eye shadows are available in 2 variations i.e. color
tattoo and color tattoo “metal” all in
all 15 shades!!!! Almost twice as much of what is available here. Ugghhhh…. I
hate it!!!!!
Out of the 8 shades, of the Indian version, I have 3 shades- Bad to be Bronze,
Audacious Asphalt and Fierce and Tangy. I so totally love all the 3 shades and
they blend well with some of the other shades that I have.
Bad to be bronze is a dull goldish bronze which blends well
with any dark brown or even black on the outer corner.
Audacious Asphalt is a greyish black shade which is great
for a soft smokey look and you can increase the intensity for a bold look.
Fierce and Tangy is more of a fun color! It’s a lovely
orange color yet not a very bold “out there” kind of a color. I like to wear it just as a single color.
Pomegranate Punk: I don't have this shade but I quite like it too.. It is a dark burgundy shade, which is apt for Indian skin tones.

All these shades are really nice, wearable on daily basis or
just on occasions. It’s great for both day and night. The other shades in the
product line are also great, like painted purple and tenacious teal are also
bright colours. It has a good mix of fun colors for the ones who like to
experiment and other wearable colors. They are great to bring out the eye color
and make them pop!
